4 Mom By Moms is a community where moms and mom figures share recommendations of local businesses. Membership is by application or invitation. We may approve, decline, or revoke membership at our discretion.

You keep ownership of the recommendations, reviews, and other content you post. By posting it, you give us permission to display it within the community. Please only post content you have the right to share, and be honest — recommendations and reviews should reflect your genuine experiences.

To keep the community useful and kind, please don't:

• Post false, misleading, or paid recommendations without disclosure
• Harass, demean, or discriminate against other members
• Share another member's personal information
• Post spam, ads, or content unrelated to local business recommendations
• Use the app for anything unlawful

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Recommendations here are personal opinions from community members — including those about doctors, childcare, and health-related services. They are not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making decisions for your family.

We are not affiliated with the businesses recommended in the app. We don't endorse them and aren't responsible for their products, services, prices, or conduct. Your dealings with any business are solely between you and that business.

We work to keep the app running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Content changes appear in the mobile app without a new store update.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it or reliance on content in it.

You can delete your account at any time from the My Account page. Deleting your account removes your account and your associated personal data, including your likes and saved businesses. Your recommendations and reviews remain in the community with your name removed, since they reflect genuine experiences other members rely on. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
